Leslie Garbis and I have been playing in the ethers and are developing a fun and creative workshop. This will be an opportunity for you to focus on your dreams and desires for the upcoming year. What do you want to release? What do you want to call in and cultivate?
The workshop will include creative movement, vocalization, dance, and sacral chakra connection. Through meditation and journaling, we will focus on our intentions for 2024 and then design and create a vision board.
